On February 14th the iconic destination is inviting couples to enjoy a special evening out at eight of its alluring restaurants
Love may be the greatest refreshment in life, but for those looking to really impress their other halves this Valentine’s Day, Atlantis, The Palm is offering a wide array of romantic dining options to celebrate love this year.
Valentine’s Day at Ossiano in partnership with Tiffany & Co
For a spellbinding night that will sweep diners off their feet, Ossiano is inviting couples to go all out this Valentine’s Day with the premium package in partnership with Tiffany & Co. Featuring a nine-course menu for two accompanied by Imperial caviar, free flowing Cristal Brut, a front row seat to the mesmerising aquarium and a diver baring a personalised message, lucky ladies will also be gifted a Tiffany & Co. Rose Gold Bangle T-Wire bracelet at the end of the meal. Starting with oysters and citrus, smoked salmon and cauliflower will then be served, followed by scallop tartare, foie gras terrine with cherries and hibiscus, artichoke and black truffle velouté, sardine rillette and roasted veal rack. Ending with the sweetest of sweet endings, guests will be treated to a selection of Ossiano’s signature desserts. As part of the experience, couples will also be offered a voucher which includes a bottle of complimentary champagne on their next dinner reservation.

Valentine’s Day at The Royal Beach
For a truly magical dinner under the stars, couples can book a candlelit cabana on Atlantis, The Palm’s Royal Beach, offering uninterrupted views of the iconic Palm Island. Limited to just eight couples only, guests booking the AED 5,000 experience will be treated to canapés upon arrival, before embarking on a sumptuous seven-course set menu – complemented by a bottle of premium bubbles – which includes a royal seafood tower and a luscious mushroom risotto. Before moving onto the main course, the chef will indulge diners with a velvety lobster bisque with line-caught seabass and champagne miso broth. Mains feature an ‘Experience Platter’ with a selection of Atlantis’ finest cuts of meat from Australia’s Rangers Valley, while dessert is a refreshing yuzu kaffir lime dessert.

From BSK with love
Diners will feel the love at Bread Street Kitchen’s specially curated dinner, ‘From BSK with Love.’ Couples who book the five-course Valentine’s menu, priced at AED 295 per person will start the evening with a signature Valentine’s cocktail (priced at AED 80), before indulging in an upscale menu of Kelly oysters served with Sturia caviar, and lobster ravioli with Jerusalem artichoke velouté. Following a rose and raspberry sorbet palate cleanser, couples will be presented with a chateaubriand for two with truffle mash and asparagus. A flambéed apple tart to share guarantees a romantic end to the evening. Ladies will also receive a rose and a selection of chocolates in a customised box.

Valentine’s Day at Hakkasan
The award-winning Cantonese restaurant, Hakkasan Dubai invites those in love to celebrate a special Valentine’s menu designed to be shared. Priced at AED 498 per person, diners will start with a selection of small eats including wok seared Hokkaido scallops with kaffir lime sauce, and lobster shui mai with caviar. For mains there is an impressive mix of wagyu rib eye, wok fried prawns with macadamia nut sweet chili sauce and roasted pipa duck with hoisin sauce along with an enticing selection of vegetable dishes including supreme mushroom with cauliflower pied bleu and yellow fungus. Dessert is a picture perfect strawberry and hibiscus garden with fresh strawberries, white chocolate and hibiscus.

Valentine’s Day at Nobu
With a sleek and elegant setting, the chic venue is the perfect setting for a romantic dinner. World-renowned Nobu blends traditional Japanese with Peruvian influences to create a truly memorable dining experience. A six-course Omakase set menu will include an arrival cocktail followed by hamachi tataki and a selection of sushi and rolls. Diners will then tuck into enticing mains of King crab and scallop shiso harumaki, Chilean seabass with crunchy brussels sprouts and sweet and savoury wagyu short rib with honey soy, followed by a milk chocolate miso and hazelnut praline for dessert.

San Valentine Dinner at Ronda Locatelli
This Valentine’s Day Ronda Locatelli presents a two or three-course menu tracing the roots of true classic Italian dishes. Couples can indulge in the Italian San Valentine dinner with sharing starters including oysters Gillardeau with lemon sorbet, squid tagliatelle and red mazarra prawn tartare with burrata and caviar. For the main event it’s a choice between ravioli pasta with braised veal and burrata, grilled prawns or beef tenderloin with black truffle sauce and mashed potatoes. A white chocolate sphere with passionfruit ensures the evening ends on a suitably romantic note. As a special surprise, every couple celebrating their love will receive a rose and a selection of chocolates.

Seafire Steakhouse & Bar Valentine’s Day edition features a touch of both romance and indulgence. For those couples looking for a profound take on the romantic occasion, guests are invited to spend quality time over premium steaks and a refined drink selection in the venue’s dreamy ambience. With a sharing set menu priced at AED 850 for two, couples will start with light bites featuring beef popcorn, beef jam and pickle doughnuts and roast tomato cappuccino, followed by a his and hers dry aged Porterhouse with a spiced coffee and cocoa rub – topped with the choice of a half lobster or foie gras. For dessert there’s a (tough) choice between a decadent chocolate fondant or a delicious berry cheesecake mess.
