Nobu, the Japanese restaurant at Dubai’s iconic Atlantis, The Palm, is welcoming its founder Nobu Matsuhisa for a special Omakase (chef’s choice) dinner on September 27 and 28. The set menu dinner will be hosted by Matsuhisa, and promises to take diners on a journey through some of the chef’s favourite dishes including the black cod miso yuzu which is served more than 20,000 times a year.
