Based on government guidelines Atlantis Aquaventure will be operating at a 50 per cent reduced capacity, with this in mind all guests who are not staying in the hotel must purchase tickets in advance of their arrival at www.atlantis.com/dubai/special-offers/splash-sale . Tickets will not be available to buy at the gate. In addition, individually wrapped towels will be provided, changing rooms and lockers will be limited. Aquaventure Waterpark is open from 10:00am to Sunset Thursday-Sunday. Guests are advised to take public transportation to and from Aquaventure as parking spaces are limited

In parallel with the released health and safety protocol issued by the government, Aquaventure has developed a comprehensive reopening safety with limited capacity, socially distanced queuing systems and optimised water sanitation practices. The resort has also deployed physical distancing ambassadors and a dedicated hygiene team to focus on high footfall areas. Atlantis’ security and medical services team will also conduct temperature checks utilising thermal scanners and cameras upon arrival.
