The culinary destination in the region, further enhances its offering of award-winning and Michelin star chef restaurants

Dubai’s leading culinary destination resort, Atlantis, The Palm and Hakkasan Group, one of the world’s leading hospitality companies, today announced that Hakkasan will open within the property in September 2018, before moving to The Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences after its completion end of 2019.

Renowned for its modern interpretation of authentic Cantonese cuisine, Hakkasan will join Atlantis, The Palm’s famed gastronomic line-up in The Avenues. The menus will offer Hakkasan’s signature dishes such as Peking Duck, Hakka Steamed Dim Sum and Charcoal Grilled Silver Cod with Champagne and Honey, as well as a selection of innovative dishes, unique to Hakkasan at Atlantis. While an ideal location for an intimate dinner with friends or family, the resident DJs will up the energy as the night progresses with a club-like vibe until the early morning hours.

“We are very excited to start this journey with Atlantis, offering all-encompassing experience drawing on Hakkasan Group’s global expertise in combining hospitality and entertainment in innovative and memorable ways,” comments Nick McCabe, CEO of Hakkasan Group. “We are confident that diners will enjoy this Hakkasan at Atlantis, The Palm whether they are coming for our authentic cuisine, award-winning cocktails, stylish atmosphere or all of the above.”

As a favourite culinary destination for residents and tourists alike, Atlantis, The Palm already hosts famed restaurants such as Gordon Ramsay’s lively Bread Street Kitchen & Bar, Ronda Locatelli by celebrated Italian chef Giorgio Locatelli, and NOBU by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, which infuses Japanese cuisine with Peruvian influences.

Timothy Kelly, General Manager and SVP, Operations for Atlantis, The Palm comments, “As one of the world’s most renowned restaurant brands, we look forward to welcoming Hakkasan to our resort. Hakkasan has redefined the approach to modern Chinese fine-dining and in turn, Atlantis has redefined what guests can expect from a world-class destination resort. It’s an exciting addition to the resort’s already diverse collection of restaurants and we see great synergy between the two brands.”
