Available from AED 498 per person, the set menu, on offer daily from 6:00pm to 11:00pm, will include brilliant bites including Money bag with morel mushroom in golden pumpkin soup, and Wok-seared tiger prawn with golden egg yolk. Asia Republic Golden Week Menu

Those looking for a more casual dining atmosphere can visit Asia Republic to explore their special Lobster and Tiger menu. Crafted by the restaurant’s culinary masterminds, the mouthwatering menu carries a focus on sharing dishes and will be available daily from 12:00pm to 10:00pm throughout the first week of October. Inspired by the rich culinary history of the Far East, the dishes are set to tantalise taste buds with bold flavours, colours and aromas. Guests can watch chefs practice their art through the open kitchen. The tiger and prawn menu starts at AED 158, featuring a variety of dim sum, appetizers, soups, vegetables and rice, wok-fried noodles, main courses and desserts. Beverage prices range from AED 25 to AED 265, including mocktails, cocktails, and other beverages. A delicious à la carte menu will also be available for guests to indulge in an impressive range of the finest flavours.
