Live life from dream to dream with the next edition of Atlantis, The Palm’s dining and entertainment fiesta, Cirque de Cuisine: The Rouge Edition

Following up on the huge success of previous editions, this March the sell-out ‘dine- around’ of the year is back with exhilarating experiences, free flowing beverages and some of the most exciting cuisine in town. Taking place in The Avenues at Atlantis, The Palm on Thursday 19th March from 7pm until 11pm, limited Early Bird tickets for the all you can eat, and drink concept start at AED 425 and will include four hours of non-stop fun, including free flowing bubbles from 7pm until 11pm. Those looking to continue the night will be treated to an after-party from 11pm til late at Wavehouse.

A truly unforgettable, totally immersive dining experience incorporating nine award-winning restaurants, aside from the world-renowned dishes on offer, guests will also be treated to free flowing bubbles, spellbinding performances, gravity-defying stunts and elaborate costumes. With the theme of the next event celebrating the 1900s Belle Epoque era and inspired by the Moulin Rouge, party-goers will be transported to a world of cabaret, theatre and music hall-style dancers in a night filled with fun and frivolity – with a capital ‘F!’

The unique concept allows diners to wander from restaurant to restaurant, enjoying signature dishes, live cooking stations, lavish buffets and live entertainment. This means that culinary aficionados get the perfect opportunity to explore and discover some of the worlds’ top restaurants including Nobu by Nobu Matsuhisa, Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar, Gregoire Berger’s award-winning underwater restaurant Ossiano, Ronda Locatelli by Giorgio Locatelli and the Michelin star Cantonese restaurant, Hakkasan.

The focal point of the evening will be the main atrium which connects to all of the restaurants, with each venue a mere hop, skip and a jump away. Start with a selection of antipasti from Ronda Locatelli, followed by a main of Nobu’s famous melt-in-the-mouth black cod with a side of avocado tacos, or a quintessentially British Beef Wellington with truffle mash at Bread Street Kitchen. Otherwise settle into Seafire for succulent flame-grilled steaks and seafood. Don’t forget to leave space for dessert: The Lost Chambers Aquarium will provide the ultimate underwater dessert experience for this edition with a dramatic display of tempting treats. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available at six different bars throughout the venues including a spectacular ‘feature bar’ located in the centre of The Avenues, serving unlimited bubbly and house beverages.

With enough seats for 1,000 guests, this Bohemian-themed event is set to be the most exciting entertainment and dining date of the year. An evening brunch like none other, this is a chance to delve into a world of make-believe and be mesmerised.
