MICE

The Atlantis MICE and events team operate 24 hours a day and have carried out more than 7,000 events since the launch of Atlantis in 2008
Atlantis, The Palm has 13 dedicated indoor event spaces, which includes a combination of three ballrooms, one boardroom and one Majlis that host a range of events from conferences to weddings
This equates to 4,326 sqm of event space (excluding the outdoor areas), with the Asateer tent adding an additional 2,100 sqm of event space
Outdoor events can be hosted on The Royal Terrace, with a private entrance in the West Tower, is an exclusive spot for a pre-function gathering, an afternoon break or a stand-up reception
The Atlantis Ballroom is 2,100 square metres with its own private entrance that can host 2,500 guests for a reception and up to 1,500 guests for a seated dinner; The expansive versatile space can be configured to suit a vast variety of both group numbers and occasions
The Atlantis Asateer tent is the resort’s flagship venue for large events with dazzling and uninterrupted views of Dubai’s skyline, and 175 chandelier lights, it can accommodate up to 1,250 guests
During Ramadan, Asateer at Atlantis is Dubai’s most popular Iftar venue, hosting 70,000 guests during the Holy Month
The tailormade menus for each occasion are created by chefs from more than 50 different countries
Recognising the importance of delivering unique experiences, we worked with the world’s leading Audio Visual suppliers to ensure that we are at the forefront of smart technology with Video-conferencing, in-house Audio Visual equipment and LED branded lighting
With the fast-moving nature of the tech industry we ensure we stay nimble to provide up-to-date, state of the art facilities as well as a highly-skilled technical team on ground
With the latest technical equipment and a private bathroom, the Andes Boardroom is an ideal setting for corporate meetings
The Atlantis event team’s biggest occasion each year is the New Year’s Eve Gala dinner, which seats 3,500 guests on a deck overlooking The Palm
The largest external event hosted at Atlantis, which occurs every two years, is the Dubai Air Show. This event sees 1,100 silver service trained employees serve over 3,000 guests a seated meal within seven minutes per course
Event organisers can host special outdoor evenings at the resort’s Family Pool, an expansive outdoor space that accommodates up to 2,000 guests with a stunning view of the resort
The most unusual location for MICE events is The Lost Chambers Aquarium, which offers breathtaking underwater views, and is home to 65,000 mesmerising marine animals

Weddings

Atlantis, The Palm traditionally hosts roughly 84 weddings a year from various destinations
All weddings at Atlantis, The Palm include a dedicated wedding specialist
Guests considering Atlantis as their wedding destination are invited to a private appointment in the luxurious Atlantis Wedding Lounge where the specialist will show images and videos of previous weddings, as well as floorplans of past events and the range of menus on offer which include food and drink pairings
Packages include a multi-tiered customised wedding cake with a cake consultation
A one or two-night stay in an Imperial Club Room with honeymoon amenities for the wedding couple such as in-room breakfast is also included
Wedding bookings come with a customised room booking landing page for groups of 10 rooms or more with preferential room rates
All wedding services are available under one roof including an in-house wedding florist to create signature centre pieces and bridal bouquets
Atlantis is also the ideal location to combine exciting and unique activities and venues with the traditions of an Indian wedding ceremony – from a barefoot Mehendi on the beach to a unique Sangeet celebration underwater in The Lost Chambers Aquarium
For one wedding we created a ‘Taste of Atlantis’ theme, with a dine-around experience including food and beverage from every restaurant and bar within the resort
One wedding party hired out the entire waterpark for their own private use
