Sea Lion Point
No trip to Dubai is complete without meeting our friendly South African fur seals. The 4.5-hectare Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) gold standard accredited state-of-the-art Sea Lion Point was created to bring enlightenment and education to visitors about these loveable marine animals. Atlantis guests and visitors have the opportunity to meet and interact with these cute and captivating semiaquatic mammals in an unparalleled programme that is enriching for both the guests and the sea lions. For every experience booked, 1 USD will be contributed to conservation, sustainability, and environmental education initiatives as part of Atlantis Atlas Project.

Sea Lion Point Experiences
Sea Lion Meet & Greet
The ‘Meet & Greet’ experience is perfect for guests looking to meet a sea lion without having to enter the water/lagoon, and without having to change into any swimwear. Meet and greet one of our fascinating resident South African fur seals, also known as sea lions. Learn more about these fascinating animals and how we care for them directly from our expert team of marine mammal specialists. Watch as they get some daily exercise and receive a complimentary souvenir photo.
Sea Lion Meet and Greets start from AED 399, daily at 10am and 3pm. Open to all ages, but those 12 and below must be accompanied by an adult.
Sea Lion Encounter
Get close to our incredible resident sea lions in waist deep water, and learn all about their anatomy and behaviours during their daily enrichment sessions with our expert team of marine mammal specialists who will also explain how we ensure our sea lions receive the highest standards of care.
Sea Lion Encounter starts from AED 445, daily at 11am and 2pm. Open to ages 8+ (minimum heights of 1.2 metres), but those 12 and below must be accompanied by an adult.
Inclusions
Sea Lion Point is open daily from 10am to sunset. Guests under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a participating adult (18 years and older), with one adult per three children per interaction.
