This Is The Last Week To Enjoy Atlantis, The Palm's Dedicated Menus To Celebrate Truffle Month

Bread Street Kitchen, Ronda Locatelli, Hakkasan and Nobu have all devised special menus to satisfy the cravings of truffle lovers

With the rarer white truffle available from Autumn through to December, November and December are the best months to enjoy it, so up intil the 30th November four of Atlantis, The Palm’s popular restaurants will be paying homage to these firm-fleshed, knobbly shaped delicacies.

Ronda Locatelli

The Italian favourite will be bringing guests the most sought-after white truffles from Alba to present them in a variety of different ways. From truffle scrambled eggs or a beef carpaccio with Grana Padano and truffles for appetizers, to pastas and pizzas staring truffles, followed by a heady white truffle tiramisu, this beautiful ingredient will be the highlight throughout.

  • Lunch Friday and Saturday, 12:00pm-3:00pm, Dinner Saturday-Tuesday 6:00pm-10:30pm, Thursday and Friday 6:00pm-10:30pm
  • Prices: Starters from AED 120, Mains from AED 237 and Desserts from AED 85. Truffle add-ons AED 85

Bread Street Kitchen

For the month of November Bread Street Kitchen will make dinners even more special with a mouth-watering line-up of dishes dedicated to this prestigious ingredient. Staying true to its British routes, the menu will feature classics such as beef wellington with truffle mash, truffle sausage bangers and mash, and seared beef carpaccio with roasted tomatoes and truffle dressing.

  • Timings: Saturday-Wednesday, 6:00pm-10:00pm, Thursday and Friday, 6:00pm-11:00pm (Truffle menu not available for lunch)
  • Prices: Truffle Makers menu items from AED 52 to AED 286, with wine pairing options available from AED 120
  • Children of all ages are welcome

Nobu

Nobu’s Chef Damien has come up with some inspired creations featuring white truffles to enhance the experience even more. Dishes such as seabass tataki, wagyu dumplings and warm shrimp yuzu are all elevated with aromatic truffles – and complemented by Nobu’s exclusive Hokusetsu sake and innovative cocktails – while the truffle cheesecake with pecan ice cream promises to be a revelation!

  • Timings: Saturday-Friday, 6:00pm-11:00pm
  • Prices: Items are priced individually
  • Entertainment: Nobu playlist or resident DJ playing 7:30pm-11:30pm Thurs to Sat
  • Family seating is available from 6:00pm and must be vacated by 8:00pm. Children must be 10 years + to dine after 7pm.

Hakkasan

Families and friends are invited to indulge in a modern interpretation of authentic Cantonese as Hakkasan celebrates truffle month with bespoke truffle dim sums. With the restaurant's signature dim sum given a truffle twist, diners are in for an aromatic feast that will set all the senses alight.

  • Regular à la carte available
  • Children below 10 years can dine from 6:00pm – 6:30pm
