Two Of Dubai’s Leading Chefs Are Uniting To Offer A Once In A Lifetime Gastronomic Experience At Ossiano

Head Chef of Tresind, Hiamanshu Saini, will join forces with Ossiano’s mastermind, Grégoire Berger, for a special fusion of Eastern and Western flavours during Atlantis, The Palm’s Culinary Month

In celebration of Atlantis, The Palm’s Culinary Month, two world renowned chefs, Ossiano’s Grégoire Berger and Tresind’s Hiamanshu Saini are collaborating for a culinary first. Taking place on Friday 19th October and Saturday 20th October from 6:30pm onwards, Berger will work with Saini to present a special ‘Four Hands’ dinner, featuring an exclusive 11 course menu for AED 950 per person.

Esteemed Chef de Cuisine, Grégoire Berger, whose eye for detail and innovative, beautifully crafted dishes has taken Dubai by storm, will be joined by Hiamanshu Saini, of the progressive Indian restaurant, Tresind. Saini, who is renowned for his re-invention of classic Indian dishes will bring to the table his ingenious creations which are often described as a showcase of modern Indian cuisine, using unique combinations of spices and seasonal ingredients.

Their menu celebrates the finest produce in the world, with East meeting West, to showcase the culinary prowess of these world-renowned chefs. Diners can expect picnic canapés, oyster & caviar pani puri, chili duck and hoisin pressed sandwich and a blossoming King crab & coriander ‘floral garden.’ A special dish titled ‘Indian ocean’ is the most anticipated, consisting of a prawn palchao, patrani fish & Honey Mustard John Dory, as well as a tasty Langoustine tart with Puy lentils and smoked goose. For the meat connoisseurs, there is a succulent lamb loin kebab served with an herb marinade, scallops which are cooked ‘a la minute’ with black truffle essence, as well as ‘economy style chicken meal’ set to wow.

For dessert, guest will be served two spectacular dishes, milk & cookie with condensed milk foam and 24 carat gold dust as well as safran and apricot delights. Diners will be able to sample flavours from around the world at this once in a lifetime evening combining two of Dubai’s best chefs. Ossiano’s resident vocalist, Clarita and Salha & Joel, will keep the guests entertained during their divine dinner.
