Kerzner International Named 2023 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award Winner For 2nd Year Running
Dubai, United Arab Emirates — March 29, 2023 — Kerzner International Holdings Limited (“Kerzner”) the owner of the iconic Atlantis Resorts & Residences and ultra-luxury One&Only Resorts worldwide, has received the 2023 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award (GEWA) for the second year running. This award recognises the most engaged workplace cultures in the world.
After a strategic focus on people-centered practices, Gallup found that Kerzner International had continued to put colleague engagement at the centre of their business strategy, cultivating their colleagues through bold and empowering practices that protect their wellbeing, allowing them to realise their remarkable potential.

The GEWA was created to celebrate those who achieve exceptional performance by fostering a culture of engagement. The award honours thriving organisations that have attained world-class performance by making engagement a cornerstone of their business strategy. Organisations that satisfy the minimum criteria are invited to apply for the award by submitting detailed evidence of their culture of performance, centered around pillars including strategy and leadership, performance and accountability, communication and knowledge management, and development and ongoing learning. A panel of Gallup judges then reviews and scores all applications.
