NITESH RANJAN

Nitesh Ranjan is the Cluster Wellness Manager for One&Only’s two ultra-luxury resorts in Rwanda. He is responsible for curating unforgettable wellness experiences for guests at One&Only Nyungwe House and One&Only Gorilla’s Nest, encompassing spa treatments, wellbeing activities and culinary menus, working together in tandem to offer a holistic wellness program for our guests.

Born and raised in India, Nitesh is a visionary, results-driven and award-winning spa professional with 14 years progressive growth in the wellness industry. He has led many spa initiatives for luxury hotels, with experience in pre-opening projects and marketing, as well as hands-on experience of conducting various wellness programmes and teaching. He began his career studying yoga psychology with Bihar School of Yoga, which led to his first job in hospitality with Aman Resorts in the Philippines as the Yoga and Wellness Instructor. He later moved back home to India and enrolled with the Ananda Spa Institute to further develop his industry knowledge, before taking Spa Manager roles with luxury hotels including Jaypee Hotels, Westin, Aman and Marriott.

Prior to joining One&Only, Nitesh was with Heritance Aarah Resorts in the Maldives as Director of Spa and Wellness. He oversaw the development of the brand concept for Maldives Medical spa, creating wellness programs for each guest to suit their needs and managing the day-to-day operation of the spa, fitness centre and guest relations. Nitesh is passionate about wellness and creating experiences that are distinctive to the destination, in line with One&Only philosophy.
