Superheroes and Island Adventures at One&Only Reethi Rah This Easter

This Easter,the pages of iconic comic books come alive at One&Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives, as superhero characters come out of hiding. The whole family can enjoy endless freedom and fun-filled activities including sporting tournaments, superhero-themed egg hunts and live performances as the island is set to become a world of abundant entertainment.

Adventure takes on a whole new meaning at One&Only Reethi Rah, as the resort invites guests to celebrate Easter with superheroes including Spider Man, Iron Man, Wonder Woman and more. Guests will have the chance to get involved in treasure hunts, witness acrobat shows and be blown away by world-renowned, real-life Iron Man, Richard Browning, also known as ‘the flying man’ as he soars above the lagoon with his jet-powered super hero suit.

The exciting Easter events kick off on the afternoon of 17 April, with a Tennis Tournament, and the following day begins with the 6.4km Reethi Island Run. Whether a seasoned professional or new to fitness, guests are invited to explore every corner of the island as they partake in an energetic and interactive day. Hosted by the Joker, the Welcome to Easter evening at Fanditha on 18 April will launch the action-packed 10-day superhero themed events, and will see appearances from Spider Man, Super Man, Bat Man, Wonder Woman, Cat Woman and more.

On 19 April, the Reethi Race is guaranteed to be an exciting team building activity for friends and family, as guests come together for a series of challenges in the race to be the first team to get to the finish line. The race will take participants to all corners of the expansive island’s 44 hectares and even by boat to the nearby sandbank. Families will continue to enjoy the celebrations on 20 April at the Easter Gala Dinner, where champagne will flow, delectable cuisine prepared by world-class chefs, and they can dance the night away to live music at Sunrise Beach. Set to be one of the highlights of Easter, the party presents live performances, laser shows and more; all in iconic One&Only Reethi Rah style.

The celebrations culminate on Easter Sunday with the Easter Champagne Brunch, where guests can enjoy a selection of epicurean dishes featuring international cuisine and bottomless Champagne at Rah Bar, with the stunning Maldivian backdrop.As the fun continues, there will be a range of exhilarating superhero games and the traditional Reethi Rah Easter egg hunt with an adventurous twist at The Lawn Club.
