Chef Laurent Michel

Originally from Paris, Chef Laurent Michel built his reputation through diverse experiences, from prestigious Michelin star restaurants to five star luxury hotels.

He started his career in a three Michelin star restaurant, the Taillevent in Paris, and later advanced his art and skill at The Royal Monceau Raffles Paris located at avenue Hoche, where he continued for three consecutive years as a Chef de Partie.

His extraordinary experience led him to the five star Martinez Hotel on the French Riviera in Cannes, followed by his first position as Executive Chef at the renowned restaurant, L’Oranger in London.

Chef Laurent has been with One&Only Royal Mirage, Dubai for over three years as Deputy Executive Chef of One&Only Royal Mirage and our fine dining restaurant Celebrities, where he played an important role in its redesign and re-opening in January 2013.

With a cuisine inspired by classic European dishes, Chef Laurent has created an exceptional culinary experience in an elegant surrounding.
