Legendary Flavours and Bold Culinary Creativity

Resting on a kilometre of private coast overlooking The Palm and nestled within 65 acres of lush landscaped gardens, One&Only Royal Mirage is a beachfront oasis that celebrates Arabic design, heritage and warm hospitality. The resort’s eight restaurants, located across The Palace, Arabian Court and Residence & Spa, offer an array of diverse and delectable culinary experiences to suit all moods and palates. Overseen by Executive Chef Laurent Michel, each dining destination presents authentic dishes, served in a distinctive, remarkable environment.

At The Palace, a grand marble staircase leads guests from the Grand Lobby to signature restaurant Celebrities, where glamour meets classic European fine dining. Light and sun-filled in the day and dimly lit for romantic evenings, the dining room features spectacular cascading glass chandeliers, champagne-inspired banquette seating, oversized mirrors and starched white table cloths, delivering the perfect setting for a truly elegant culinary experience. The exclusive private dining room, boasting a grand table and wooden outdoor deck overlooking the gardens, is a highly coveted location for special occasions. Open for dinner, the a la carte menu of French-inspired dishes includes Sautéed Duck Foie Gras with Roasted Confit Seasonal Fruits, Lobster Ravioli with Roma Tomato Sauce and Basil, and Roasted Rack of Lamb with Provençale Crust and Pissaladiere. Celebrities Bar is a stylish hideaway for pre-or-post dinner libations, with a sleek marble bar, lacquered table tops and soft black leather and velvet lounge seating.

The experience at famed Moroccan restaurant Tagine begins as soon guests enter the curved low wooden doors, where trickling water and rose petals set the tone for an evening of traditional Moroccan hospitality. The atmospheric dining room features a series of arches and alcoves, creating an ambience akin to a historic, luxurious home in Marrakesh. Tobacco-coloured hand-polished walls in the Moroccan-tradition of Tadelakt, combine with latticed metal lanterns, hand-woven patterned rugs, dark wood upholstered furniture and terracotta tiled floors sourced from the region, transporting diners to an exotic land. Open for dinner, the experience is a journey through the endlessly exciting tastes of Morocco, with dishes include a selection of pastilla, tagines, cous cous, kebabs and desserts including Bortokal, a citrus salad flavoured with orange blossom, icing sugar and cinnamon, and Roz Bil Halib, a rice pudding with almond and raisins flavoured with vanilla.

Poised between resplendent gardens and golden sand, fresh seafood is served with the finest sea views at The Beach Bar & Grill. By day, the mood is relaxed with guests enjoying a beach-side lunch on the shaded wooden terrace, and then as night falls, flickering candles cast a warm glow over the intimate courtyard and open deck, against the backdrop of the dramatic, glittering skyscrapers of Dubai Marina. Straight from the ocean, dishes include a decadent seafood platter with lobster, prawns, oysters, mussels and crab; alongside a selection of signature fish, shellfish and expertly sourced meats gilled on the Josper oven. Wooden beach gazebos offer an intimate and romantic dining location right on the shores of the Arabian Gulf.

Known as Dubai’s most elegant beachside lounge with spectacular sunsets, skyline views and laid-back lounge music, The Jetty Lounge is a buzzing and lively spot to gather with friends. With low comfortable seating on the golden beach, warming fire pits and cabanas, guests can sink their feet in the sand under starlit skies and enjoy a selection of mezze, tapas and Asian-inspired platters. The private jetty is waiting to zip guests across the water by luxury boat to One&Only The Palm.

Guests can dive into the vibrant flavours of India at Nina, located at Arabian Court. Once guests descend the candlelit staircase, they are immersed in a celebration of India, with bright bursts of vivid pink and red glass, beaded curtains, dining chairs in brilliant hues and ornately carved lamps with beaded nightshades. Inviting diners to lose themselves in the sensuous world of spice, menu highlights include piquant tandoori, flavour-packed curries and Nina’s Sharing Experiences with chef-selected dishes showcasing signature dishes. At Olives, guests can enjoy regional Mediterranean flavours at any time of the day in a casual Riviera café-style setting perfect straight from the pool or beach. Highlights from the menu such as Seared Tuna with Mediterranean Salad and Tagesh Olives, and Pizza Frutti di Mare can be enjoyed inside under a dramatic blue ceiling or al fresco on the bougainvillea-covered terrace.

Traditional recipes from the Middle East and northern Europe are served in The Rotisserie’s grand dining room, or for those who prefer al fresco dining, an intimate courtyard terrace and open veranda overlooking the resort’s lush gardens is a perfect spot for a family lunch or dinner with friends. A dynamic show kitchen with voluminous copper chimneys and enamelled cast iron ovens is where a team of expert chefs prepare dishes. At Eauzone, guests can dine on a floating Majlis overlooking the Arabian Gulf, perched on a shaded wooden deck. Casual by day and sophisticated once the sun goes down, the restaurant delivers a menu of modern international dishes with an Asian twist.

Sitting atop Arabian Court, The Rooftop Lounge & Terrace is a romantic outdoor evening experience. Underneath the starry night sky, the circular open-air bar has relaxed seating with abundant embroidered cushions beneath wooden majlis, for guests to enjoy candlelit cocktails and Arabic mezze. At the end of Arabian Court’s Grand Gallery, The Samovar Lounge is an ideal venue for business meetings or High Tea with friends. Guests can enjoy the finest selection of specialty coffee, or admire panoramic views of the resort from the elegant balcony with an Arabic-inspired Afternoon Tea.

Exclusive to guests of Residence & Spa, The Dining Room serves exceptionally prepared cuisine in a light-filled elegant atrium. Evoking a luxurious, residential ambience, the abundance of light provides a charming dining experience. Conceived as a place for guests to take daily afternoon tea, peruse the morning papers or recline before dinner, The Library Lounge exudes comfortable elegance, with plush sofas and high-backed upholstered chairs for maximum style.

DRIFT Restaurant and Bar, located at the chic DRIFT beach club, showcases an innovative take on Provençal cuisine, under the direction of Chef de Cuisine Maxime Le Van. Fresh, simple ingredients are artfully prepared and accompanied by a creative cocktail menu curated by Eric Ballard, to provide the ideal accompaniment to a day at the beach.
