Meet Chef Mauro Colagreco and indulge in two unforgettable gourmet experiences at Celebrities.
The evening begins with an aperitif featuring a variety of cocktails curated by the resort’s mixologists. Inspired by Parisian landmarks, the signature cocktails include the refreshingly crisp 'La Tour Eiffel', the smoky 'L'Arc de Triomphe', and the floral 'Montmartre'.
Guests will be immersed in the atmosphere as resident singer Laurence serenades with timeless yet modern tunes whilst being served a specially curated menu, exclusively available during Chef Mauro’s visit to the resort. Dishes include 'Lobster with persimmon, hazelnut and trout eggs', 'Seabass with parsnip espuma, lime and walnuts & aquatic mint emulsion' and 'Veal fillet and sweetbreads with Kuri squash & yuzu', which will be perfectly paired with wine to complete the evening.
