Offering 360 degrees skyline view, indulge in a refined culinary offering curated by multi-Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno. The Mediterranean-inspired menu blends heritage cooking techniques with the modern artistry of our chefs, uncovers layers of exquisite flavours and sea-fresh ingredients. Complementing the curated dining experience, guests will be taken on a musical journey with organic pop house music, adding to the perfect ambience by DJ Nader, DJ Katerina and DJ Umut, every day between the hours of 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
On each Friday, as you welcome the upcoming weekend and pause above the mesmerising, sapphire-blue waters of Palm Jumeirah Island, enjoy the company of Duo with Lisa Ammor and her saxophonist performing soul, pop and jazzy music from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm. While for the best of sunsets, each Saturday be entertained by the South African Trio, “4 The Music”, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
