Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley Partners with Fluidform Pilates

Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley has announced an exciting addition to its current wellness offering, created in partnership with leading Sydney-based Pilates studio, Fluidform. To celebrate the collaboration, Fluidform founder and renowned Australian Pilates instructor Kirsten King will host an exclusive wellness weekend at the resort from the 20^th to 22^nd November this year.

Nestled in a private valley with sweeping views of the Blue Mountains, Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley is a wilderness wellness oasis where guests can escape urban pressures, regenerate, and restore in a stunning bushland setting. The two-day Fluidform wellness escape will give guests the opportunity to reconnect mind, body, and spirit with a series of bespoke Pilates classes, tailored to different levels, with one of Australia’s leading practitioners. Over the weekend, guests will enjoy brunch with Kirsten, and share in her passion for the art of Pilates and its ability to transform lives. They will also have access to the resort’s state-of-the-art gymnasium, sauna, and steam room, as well as signature treatments at the award-winning One&Only Spa. Optional one-on-one sessions with Kirsten are also available on request.

Once in their private villas, guests are encouraged to use Fluidform at Home’s selection of custom Pilates workouts - ranging from ten minutes to an hour – for personal practice, with a Fluidform equipment pack including sliders, resistance bands and a Pilates ball. The in-villa Fluidform experience will be complimentary for all guests from September, including a Fluidform membership during their stay, a thoughtful addition to the amenities at Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley.
