Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley will prepare a gourmet picnic experience for you and your Valentine to enjoy, including locally-sourced antipasto platter, an indulgent selection of seafood including king prawns, lobster rolls, kingfish ceviche and caviar, followed by a decadent dessert and cheese trio. This special Valentine’s Day experience also allows you to treat your loved one to an exclusive bottle of Pol Roger NV Champagne, Roger and Rufus Rosé or Swinging Bridge M.A.W Pinot Noir. Chocolate Masterclass

Saturday 17 February

Join Deniz Karaca, renowned pastry chef, chocolatier and founder of Cuvée Chocolate, for a deliciously decadent Chocolate Masterclass. Guests will be treated to professionally-crafted artisan chocolates accompanied by a selection of perfectly matched wines, and guided through three distinct tasting stages, increasing in richness and gradually intensifying in flavour. A supreme chocolate dessert created by Deniz Karaca will also be available on the menu in the Wolgan Dining Room on Friday and Saturday evenings throughout February. This extremely velvety and delectable dessert named ‘Coeur de chocolate’, is a Peruvian dark chocolate mousse with ginger scented berry coulis and tarragon cremeu. The Chocolate Masterclass is complimentary for guests of Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley.

Couple’s Retreat Spa Treatment

Take the time to unwind together with a Couple’s Retreat Treatment at the One&Only Spa, a sanctuary of calm and wellness in the midst of nature. Enjoy 150 blissful minutes of relaxation, beginning with a serene bathing ritual ready for an all-over body polish, then continue your journey cocooned in a full-body wrap rich in algae and marine extracts to assist in the removal of accumulated toxins, while your scalp is massaged with a luxurious mask.
