One&Only Spa is a haven of tranquility at Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley, set slightly away from the main resort. Drawing on the essence of its bushland setting, signature therapies have been specifically crafted to offer a unique spa experience. Spa goers can indulge in a plethora of relaxing, rejuvenating and invigorating treatments including the Mountain Aromatherapy Massage and Sole to Soul treatment, while reclining in one of six stunning double treatment rooms, with private floor-to-ceiling views of the bushland escarpments. Each room of tranquility features its own indulgent Japanese-style soaking tub, changing area, bathroom and shower.

One&Only Spa also includes a beauty salon and Relaxation Room, a curated space for guests to curl up during the cooler months next to a beautiful stone fireplace or enjoy the fresh mountain air on the deck during the summer months.

In keeping with its conservation-based philosophy, Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley uses entirely chemical-free products. The founder of Australia’s premium Sodashi chemical-free skin care range, Megan Larsen, worked closely with the Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley team to develop a menu of spa therapies highlighting the native ingredients found growing in Australia. Spa treatments are based on the knowledge and wisdom of ancient philosophies and natural healing traditions and guarantee to create bliss.

The One&Only Spa has introduced Sound Therapy, a series of specialised treatments harnessing the power of sound and encouraging guests to leave the stresses of the modern world behind. The ancient sounds of the Gong and Himalayan singing bowls slow down the thinking mind and bring a sense of complete relaxation to the whole being through the vibration of sound.

For the more active guest, there is a tennis court, a 25 metre infinity pool, the Fitness Centre featuring state-of-the-art fitness equipment from Technogym®, a plunge pool, sauna and steam room. All fitness equipment is connected to the Internet and features LCD touch screens as well as digital TV receivers. The Fitness Centre also features a free weights area and a studio with mats for stretching and relaxation.
