Executive Vice President, Information Technology, Kerzner International
Willem Both is the Executive Vice President, Information Technology for Kerzner International. He is responsible for delivering an integrated guest experience for all brands in Kerzner International and is responsible for the entire IT team at the Global Office in Dubai. He is focused on enhancing the Information Technology strategy and technology at all Kerzner properties, including Atlantis resorts, Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort as well as all One&Only resorts worldwide, and new properties as the Company continues to grow and expand into new destinations.
Mr. Both joined Kerzner International with over 26 years’ experience, and is a life-long hospitality professional. In 1995, he moved from hotel operations to a career in Information Technology in the U.S, eventually evolving from hotel IT to corporate IT project management. He then moved with his family to Singapore in 2008, where he was promoted several times to eventually take on the position as Vice President of IT – Asia Pacific at Starwood Hotels and Resorts. Mr. Both and his family moved to Dubai to take on his current position as Executive Vice President of IT for Kerzner International.
Mr. Both’s passion is guiding open team collaboration to achieve optimal performance through improved processes and sharing best practices.
