This Valentine’s, Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, helmed by the award-winning Iranian American chef Ariana Bundy, is treating couples to a Persian feast for the senses under its majestic, vaulted domes. Couples can indulge in a delicious three-course menu with each plate promising a tongue-tingling mélange of exotic flavours, spices, and textures. Couples who book the three-course Valentine’s menu, priced at AED 550 per person will start the evening with a signature Valentine’s mocktail, before indulging in a selection of favoursome starters such as mast o khiar and watermelon cherries and lighvan cheese salad, and the original sambush. For the main event, diners can feast on a succulent mixed grill featuring chargrilled ground lamb, cornfed chicken kebab, and tender chargrilled lamb chops with a side of jewelled rice. The meal ends on a sweet note with baghlava qazvini, sticky nut filled parcels with cardamom and sweet saffron syrup.
