Nobu By The Beach And Nobu Dubai Collaborate With One Of The World’s 50 Best Bars, Tropic City, For An Exclusive Two Night Event
As part of a series of world-class bar collaborations, Nobu Dubai and Nobu by the Beach will welcome the team behind Bangkok’s Tropic City for two nights only including music from Mumsfilibaba DJ duo, Maximilian Adlercreutz and Sebastian De La Cruz.
Taking place on Sunday 14th April at Nobu by the Beach and Monday 15th April at Nobu Dubai, Bar Manager, Angel Immorlano, will welcome the team behind the acclaimed Tropic City, Bangkok. Ranked No.66 on the World’s 50 Best Bars list and No.6 among the World’s 50 Best Bars in Asia, Swedish bar professionals and co-founders, Philip Stefanescu, and Sebastian De La Cruz, along with Bar Manager, Arron Grendon of Tropic City, will visit Dubai for two nights only. Guests can look forward to taking a journey across the Far East to Dubai with a Peruvian twist while sampling four unique creations by Tropic City and four by Angelo Immorlano at each venue.
Located at Atlantis The Royal, the world's most ultra-luxury experiential resort, Nobu by the Beach is one of the city's most stylish destinations to see and be seen. Positioned along the desirable beachfront, boasting an expansive outdoor bar and terrace with captivating views of the sea, guests will be able to indulge in the perfect sundowners from 4pm to 7pm on Sunday 14th April. Featuring cocktails curated by Tropic City and Nobu by the Beach, guests can anticipate an evening of unparalleled enjoyment with cocktails such as the Chronic Iced Tea and Tropical Mizuwari featuring Monkey Shoulder, Giffard Caribbean Pineapple, coconut water and sonic.
Meanwhile, at Nobu Dubai, nestled within the crown of the iconic Atlantis, The Palm, visitors on Monday 15th April from 9pm to midnight will be able to savour creations such as the Green Hawaiian featuring Sailor Jerry, Blue Giffard Curaçao, wasabi distillate, tepache and Japanese curry spices while Tropic City will present cocktails including the G'S Boogie featuring Monkey Shoulder Whiskey, Giffard Crème de Cacao, cinnamon, cold brew coffee and salted coconut foam. Throughout both experiences, guests will be able to enjoy the sounds of dreamy Italo house, Electro, Breaks, UKG, and Cosmic Disco as Mumsfilibaba DJ duo, Maximilian Adlercreutz and Sebastian De La Cruz grace the decks. For those seeking a wider selection, both bars will also offer their popular à la carte bar menu.

Over the past year, the award-winning Bar Manager has collaborated with some of the biggest names in the bar industry, including Shingo Gokan, Vasilis Kyritsis of Line Bar, Benjamin Fabio Cavagna of 1930, Eric van Beek of Handshake Speakeasy and Kiki Moka of The Cocktail Club.
Nobu by the Beach x Tropic City will take place on Sunday 14th April from 4pm – 7pm at the bar and Nobu Dubai x Tropic City on Monday 15th April from 9pm to midnight at the bar. Signature cocktails are priced from AED 75.
