Dinner By Heston Blumenthal 

This New Year’s, spend it with loved ones at the renowned one Michelin-star restaurant, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. A regional first, Dinner offers experiential dining and storytelling in a relaxed and informal culinary experience, with a menu inspired by the tastes and flavours of Britain dating back as far as the 13th century, from the farmers’ table to the royal courts of England. Featuring an indulgent set menu including Heston’s iconic Meat Fruit (c.1500), Beef Royal (c.1821) to the acclaimed Tipsy Cake (c.1858), guests will be spoilt for choice this festive season.

Jaleo by José Andrés

Guests can bid farewell to the old and embrace the New Year with a gourmet Spanish celebration that will set the tone for the year ahead. Imagined through the creative lens of the globally renowned chef and entrepreneur, José Andrés – Jaleo will bring alive the spirit and flavours of Spain with its special New Year’s Eve four-course sharing menu. Upon arrival, guests can savour a casual cocktail and bites at the tapas bar, before taking a seat at one of the many small private bays or on the expansive outdoor terrace where guests can dine beneath 100-year-old olive trees. Indulgent dishes will include cured beef sirloin from Casrilla Leon accompanied with José’s speciality chips, pimento with extra virgin oil, to delicious beef oxtail bechamel fritters and roasted chicken, truffle, and foie gras.

Hailing from Lima, La Mar by Gastón Acurio, celebrates the authentic and diverse flavours of Peruvian gastronomy, inviting diners to tour Peru’s incredible cultural and culinary diversity. Located at the mezzanine lobby level in Atlantis The Royal and overlooking the breathtaking Skyblaze Fountain, guests this New Year’s Eve will be able to enjoy a variety of tempting dishes including Australian wagyu, fried quail egg, crispy potato, white truffle with Chalaca and lomo sallado sauce, to crispy rock lobster, king crab and yellow chilli sauce and the restaurant’s famous cebiches.

Sting To Headline Atlantis, The Palm’s Spectacular New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner

This year, the iconic artist Sting, is set to grace the stage at Atlantis, The Palm for an unforgettable New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner. Featuring a set list of chart-topping hits and fan favourites, revellers can look forward to the must-see performance. Set on a custom-built stage under the starlit sky, overlooking The Palm Jumeirah and the sparkling skyline, the legendary event will begin with a selection of canapés and welcome drinks. As guests move into the beautiful outdoor space, they will be greeted by a 30-piece live band along with free-flowing Champagne and unlimited premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, sure to keep the celebratory spirits high.
