Nobu Dubai Joins Forces For One Night Only With Line Athens, Ranked No. 12 On The World’s 50 Best Bars List
As part of a series of world-class bar collaborations, Nobu Dubai welcomes Vasileios Kyritsis from Line Bar for a unique event this December
Taking place for one night only, on Thursday 14th December, the bar team at Nobu Dubai welcomes Vasileios Kyritsis, a name synonymous with excellence and innovation in the bartending world, for an exciting collaboration featuring signature cocktails specially created for the evening. Hosted by Nobu’s award-winning bar manager, Angelo Immorlano, cocktail enthusiasts can enjoy a drink at the Nobu bar as the masters showcase their unique skills.
From 9:00pm to 12:00am, guests can choose from four signature cocktails meticulously crafted for the occasion by Line Bar, along with four cocktails from Angelo and the Nobu bar team. Line Bar has created a lot of buzz for its approach to homemade wines, ferments, and incredible flavour combinations, which guests can expect on the night. Cocktails will include Line’s Paloma with Pepper Don Julio Blanco, lemon and ginger cordial and grapefruit soda, as well as Line’s Bramble with Tanqueray 10, lemon, vanilla syrup and Line’s mure liquer. The Nobu team will be serving creations such as Rooster Punch with Zacapa 23, coffee, coconut milk, pineapple and Vida mezcal, and Flying Fish with Casamigos Blanco, pepper, clarified lychee cordial, grapefruit, sea water and soda. The à la carte Nobu bar menu will also be available to order.
Vasileios Kyritsis has more than 16 years of bar industry experience. As a co-owner of The Clumsies, Kyritsis has been instrumental in the bar being listed as a top 50 bar for nine consecutive years. His recent venture, Line Athens, has already made a mark by ranking No. 12 in The World’s 50 Best Bars 2023, as well as being named the best new opening. Kyritsis’s journey in the industry is marked with numerous accolades. He was named the Bartender of the Year in the Diageo World Class Greece competition in 2012 and represented Greece in the Global Finals in Rio de Janeiro. In addition, he was recognised as one of the 100 most influential people in the industry by Class Magazine and nominated as a Top 10 International Bartender of the Year in 2017 and 2019 at Tales of the Cocktail.
The slick and sophisticated Nobu bar is a key element in the overall Nobu experience, taking centre stage in the restaurant. Helmed by master mixologist Angelo Immorlano, the bar offers a range of exquisite signature cocktails that can only be found in Dubai. Holding over 16 years of industry experience, Immorlano is the driving force behind Nobu Dubai’s recently enhanced beverage programme and brings with him a breadth of knowledge and top-flight experience that won’t go unnoticed.

The bar collaboration with Line Athens is the fourth in a series of exciting partnerships between Nobu Dubai and some of the biggest names in the bartending world.
