To begin the experience, diners can choose one of six Nobu starters, including the crispy squid coriander shiso aioli, salmon new style, spinach dry miso, crispy shiitake salad, white fish dry miso or the avocado crispy rice. Before moving on to the main course, guests will be presented with a chef’s selection of sushi maki, followed by an authentic Japanese miso soup.

There are seven dishes to choose from for the main event, such as baby umami chicken, grilled salmon anticucho, eggplant miso, cauliflower jalapeño, or the duck breast orange miso. For an additional AED 75, guests can select the wagyu rib eye tozasu butter steak, or the signature black cod miso for AED 50. For those wishing to end lunch on a sweet note, a fifth dessert course is available for AED 35, including Nobu cheesecake, seasonal exotic fruit, mochi ice cream or a selection of ice cream and sorbet.

Whether diners are looking for a Friday business lunch with a view, the perfect start to the weekend, or an excuse to gather friends for a relaxed lunch, Nobu Dubai is the perfect spot. Guests can sit in one of five dining areas, including the main dining room, an exclusive 13-seat sushi bar or a VIP booth with front-row seats to the bustling kitchen. Nobu also features a beautifully appointed and expansive Palm view terrace, featuring a comfortable lounge area coupled with the stunning skyline of Dubai. Those wanting a little more privacy can opt for one of six private dining rooms featuring floor-to-ceiling vistas over the Arabian Gulf and seating two to twelve guests per room.
