Top Mixologists Andrew Ho And Bastien Ciocca Present An Exclusive Cocktail Menu For Two Nights Only At Hakkasan Dubai
Rounding out this year’s collaborations, the one Michelin star Hakkasan Dubai welcomes the founders of Hope & Sesame bar in China
Taking place for two nights only, on Friday 13th and Saturday 14th October, Hakkasan Dubai welcomes leading mixology talents Andrew Ho and Bastien Ciocca for a world-class collaboration featuring signature cocktails and mocktails specially created for the event. Hosted by Hakkasan’s award-winning bar team, beverage enthusiasts can enjoy a drink at the Hakkasan bar as Andrew and Bastien showcase their incredible skills.
From 8:00pm to 12:00am each evening, guests can choose from six signature cocktails or two mocktail creations meticulously crafted for the occasion by the Hope & Sesame team. The unique menu includes ‘Fairly Complicated’ a blend of gin, Long Jing tea, apple, white port and grapefruit and ‘Ango’ with rum, aromatic bitters and beetroot. Those looking for non-alcoholic beverages can indulge in ‘2 A.M. On The West’ with cranberry, black pepper, tarragon, black tea, bay leaf and smoked salt or ‘Baijui No Baijiu’ with non-alcoholic gin, shiso, citrus, soda, and salt plum. The à la carte Hakkasan bar menu will also be available to order on the evening.

Hope & Sesame X Hakkasan Dubai will take place on Friday 13th and Saturday 14th October from 8:00pm to 12:00am. Signature cocktails are priced from AED 85 with mocktails at AED 75.
