Diners can celebrate the holiday with egg-citing activities and delicious cuisine from five of the resort’s renowned eateries

From themed brunches to an afternoon tea or a decadent dinner, there are several ways to celebrate the Easter weekend with family and friends.

Bread Street Kitchen & Bar - Easter Brunch

Bread Street Kitchen & Bar’s Family Brunch brings Easter to life for families with little ones. Parents can enjoy a relaxing dining experience, whilst kids enjoy fun activities such as a bouncy castle, egg painting and the egg-citing egg hunt in the garden.  A special Giant Golden Egg will be awarded to the grand prize winner of the egg hunt competition. Diners can indulge in a hot and cold starters buffet, a seafood bar, and a roast beef carving station. The brunch ends with complimentary access to The Lost Chambers Aquarium for the whole family.

Seafire Steakhouse & Bar – Seafire Easter

Celebrate Easter with a special a la carte menu at the city’s most celebrated steakhouse. Diners can choose from Hokkaido seared scallops or celeriac and pea puree to start, followed by wagyu beef cheek Oscar or king crab with smoked asparagus and bearnaise sauce for the main course, and a classic New York cheesecake with strawberry rhubarb, lemon curd, and crisp meringue to finish. A live band will provide the soundtrack for the evening.

Ronda Locatelli – Easter Day

Ronda Locatelli is presenting an authentic a la carte menu this Easter tracing the roots of classic Italian dishes. Guests can enjoy starters such as pan-fried monkfish tail or roasted quail with pickled beetroot and mustard mayo. The tantalizing mains include tortelli filled with eggplant, grilled lamb chop with sweet potato puree, and Cagliari-style seafood chowder and fregola pasta, and for dessert, gourmets can tuck into a sweet ricotta cake and orange confit.

Plato’s – Easter Afternoon Tea

Putting a sweet spin on Easter, Plato’s will be serving a chocolate-themed afternoon tea with a variety of sweet and savoury delicacies. Guests can pair the experience with coffee, tea and an exclusive hot chocolate recipe, created for the occasion.
