A Refined Ramadan at Palace Courtyard
In the spirit of Ramadan, the Palace Courtyard at One&Only Royal Mirage is ready to welcome guests to experience exceptional Moroccan cuisine hosted by Chef Khalil. The Iftar will feature a journey of the feast of delicious cuisine and flavours, including live cooking stations. Guests will be able to break their fast with traditional appetisers like Ramadan juices, Moroccan Harira soup, hot and cold mezzeh like Hummus, Baba Ganoush, Moroccan Pastilla, salads and live Tagine stations to start the evening right, followed by a wide selection of main dishes including Arabic mixed grills, seafood specialities and inspirations from the Indian Subcontinent. An exquisite assortment of confections, encompassing the Turkish Delight Pyramid, Moroccan Pastry, a variety of Tarts, and Umm Ali, is sure to delight those with a penchant for sweetness. The evening will be complemented by live Oud and Tabla players, injecting the ambience with oriental harmony.
Palace Courtyard also welcome guests and their loved ones to experience the essence of the auspicious season, embracing a refined Suhoor, served under the stars, throughout Ramadan from 9:30 pm to 2 am.

Throughout Ramadan, diners will enjoy the flavours of Lebanon, Turkey, Syria, Jordan, and beyond from iftar time until 9 pm, including several live cooking stations. The culinary team will enchant the senses with traditional appetisers like Ramadan juices, soups, hot and cold mezzeh, salads and live Saj and Shawarma station to start the evening right, followed by a wide selection of main dishes including Arabic mixed grills, seafood specialities and inspirations from the Indian Subcontinent. Satisfying the sweet tooth will be a delectable selection of desserts, including Umm Ali, Roses of Sand, Trifle, Tarts and Pastries. The evening will be complemented by live Oud and Tabla players, injecting the ambience with oriental harmony.

Explore the Rich Flavors of Morocco at Tagine, One&Only Royal Mirage
A captivating gastronomic journey through Morocco awaits guests this Ramadan at Tagine at One&Only Royal Mirage, where traditional Moroccan aromas fill the air with the perfect ambience to begin the feast. Throughout the holy month, Tagine will host a traditional Iftar sharing menu experience from sunset till 9 pm, followed by an enticing a la carte menu from 9 pm onwards.
Diners will have a host of choices from melt-in-the-mouth Tagines, fluffy Couscous, Spiced Kebabs, and signature sharing mains, including Meghoui, Roasted Lamb Shoulder served with Fresh Mint, Saffron Rice and Crushed Almonds.
