White Beach Returns With A Chic New Bohemian-Inspired Restaurant
Just in time for the winter season, Dubai’s hottest beachfront destination is back with a stylish new restaurant, perfect for transitioning from day to night.
The award-winning WHITE Beach is set to reopen its doors at Atlantis, The Palm on Friday, October 27th. With an elevated and enhanced ambience, this city’s hottest beachfront destination will feature a brand-new outdoor dining experience, doubling the size of the previous indoor restaurant. Guests can look forward to seamlessly transitioning from day to night, enjoying a variety of signature Mediterranean-inspired dishes and beverages. Adorned with a bohemian-chic aesthetic and complemented by local and international DJs spinning sounds well past sunset, WHITE Beach is the perfect spot to see and be seen with its party atmosphere.
Offering panoramic views of Palm Island and the city skyline, guests will be able to enjoy Dubai’s newest restaurant every day from 12:00pm to 11:00pm. Emphasising simplicity and paying homage to Mediterranean culture, the space incorporates neutral tones and rustic light fixtures and furnishings. Wicker accents and thatched ceilings enhance the warmth of the space, making it perfect for the ultimate lunch or an evening with loved ones and friends.
Guests can indulge in the ultimate Mediterranean dining experience at the restaurant at WHITE Beach, where sunny days transition into crisp winter nights. Chef De Cuisine Ibrahim Ata’s stunning menu will tantalise taste buds with favourites like cauliflower and truffle arancini, sautéed gambas tava, yellowfin tuna tartare, and salmon crudo. The extensive cocktail selection will feature handcrafted signature cocktails such as Tears of Chios featuring gin, skinos mastika, pear and basil, to Mandarfreeze including 818 Blanco, mandarin purée, and lime. With 200 seats, the restaurant at WHITE Beach will invite guests to pure indulgence, complete with the option to enjoy shisha. Diners will also be able to immerse themselves in the rhythms of international and regional talents, with an epic lineup to be unveiled in the coming months.
WHITE Beach is home to two luxurious pools, offering over 300 meters of poolside and ocean views. Featuring six luxury cabanas, each with a private plunge pool and secluded lounging space; two of these are designed for large group bookings accommodating up to 20 guests. Plus, there are four additional cabanas strategically located around the pools and beach for those looking to work on their tan. For guests who prefer the sand, extra day beds are available along the beachfront, and six floating beds are placed oceanside at both pools, providing the perfect sensation of floating on water.
With a brand-new outdoor restaurant, two Instagram-worthy pools to choose from, a reimagined seasonal food and cocktail menu, and a lineup of upcoming events to be announced, there are more reasons than ever to catch some rays at Dubai’s hottest beachfront destination.
