1st edition of the Mazagan Women's Leadership program
The ambition of "Mazagan Academy" continues to grow and diversify by launching today a new training and mentoring program, dedicated to the development of women at the Resort: Mazagan Women's Leadership
It is worth mentioning that gender equality is deeply rooted in the culture of Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort, as women holding managerial positions represent 50%! This initiative reinforces the Resort's strategy of actively contributing to the professional development of women executives through enhancing managerial and leadership skills, assertiveness, confidence, self-improvement, and empowering them to become WOMEN LEADERS.
This first edition is designed to 12 women, managers in different departments, with the will to progress and fullfill their career ambitions in line with their values and aspirations. The 12-month project gives these women the opportunity to acquire new managerial skills, enabling them to access professional networks more easily.
These women are invited to work on professional projects related to other managerial functions beyond their own, in order to expand their field of action, explore new paths, learn and enrich their skills and empowerment. Throughout the program, mentoring, personalized coaching, workshops, conferences, discussion groups... are all part of their development journey.
To ensure the success of this initiative, Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort relies on the expertise of several inspiring and influential speakers who have achieved success and made their mark in various fields such as management, coaching, sports, well-being, and community involvement.
