A Culinary Weekend with Chef Mauro Colagreco
The three Michelin Star lauded chef is visiting Dubai, ready to entertain guests at Celebrities and Beach Bar & Grill at One&Only Royal Mirage
Gastronomes should mark their calendars as the world-renowned Chef Mauro Colagreco invites diners to join him at One&Only Royal Mirage to experience exceptional culinary savoir-faire between the 16 - 18 November.
Acclaimed for his innovative approach to gastronomy and unswerving dedication to utilising fresh, seasonal ingredients, Chef Colagreco will be in Dubai greeting guests at Celebrities, his reimagined two times Michelin-recommended restaurant serving a specially curated 7-course menu, and Beach Bar & Grill for an Argentine affair.
A celebration of Chef Colagreco’s heritage at Beach Bar & Grill on Friday, 17 November, diners will witness a live demonstration of age-old Argentine barbecue techniques at Asado Nights from 6pm to 10pm. Centred around community and camaraderie, guests can watch as dishes are prepared live on the grill in the open kitchen, all while enjoying the cosy atmosphere adorned with candles, ambient lighting, and lounges by the warm fire.
On Thursday 16 November and Saturday, 18 November, discerning guests can dine with Chef Colagreco as he presents a special gourmet dinner menu at Celebrities. Inspired by the changing seasons, the curation celebrates Autumn flavours through reimagined classics like Truffle Blache (Veal Tartare, Grilled Oyster, and White Truffle from Alba), L’Avocat (Avocado, Spinach, and Oscietra Caviar), and Langoustine (Stracciatella Cheese, Combava Lemon Emulsion), concluding with the sweet notes of L'Orange En Fleur (Saffron Cream, Almond, Orange Sorbet and Opaline).
One&Only Royal Mirage promises to captivate and inspire all who attend, offering the anticipation of an extraordinary dining adventure crafted by a world-renowned culinary artist. Celebrities restaurant opens its doors from 7pm onwards, while Beach Bar & Grill welcomes diners for the Asado Night from 6pm onwards.
