Beach Bar and Grill by Chef Mauro Colagreco at One&Only Royal Mirage proudly introduces their first ever Asado Nights, an immersive experience that transports guests to the culinary soul and heart of Argentina.
Asado Nights transcends the ordinary dining experience, celebrating food, culture, and community. Guests will have the opportunity to witness the age-old techniques of live Argentine barbeque and relish impeccably grilled meats, bringing Chef Mauro’s heritage to the centre stage at the iconic beachfront dining destination.
In true Asado style, diners can choose to be seated right by the action, indulging in dishes that are fresh off the grill, all while relaxing within the cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere, adorned with candles, ambient garland lighting, and comfortable sofas by a warm fire. Complimenting the theme will be live entertainment including a Latin-American vocalist, DJ, and a live kitchen, promising an evening of excitement and connection.
Asado Nights will be hosted every Friday and Saturday evening starting mid-October inviting guests to step into the flavorful Argentinian affair and create unforgettable memories.

Price: Asado nights are priced at AED 450 per person which includes a starter, main course, dessert and a cocktail.
