Curated exclusively in partnership with ESPA Skincare, One&Only Spa introduces its new holistic experience, “Nature’s Resonance by ESPA”, to restore internal balance by immersing guests in sound, vibration and nature. The treatment is built on two main pillars: eco-therapy and vibrational energy, drawing on the beneficial powers of binaural beats, soundscapes, and massage patterns.

By harnessing eco-therapy and vibrational energy techniques that tap into our senses, the treatment series invites guests to re-tune their bodies and restore harmony as found within nature. Nature’s Resonance is tailored to create a memorable experience through various touchpoints including a curated pre-treatment welcome and grounding ritual, a select ESPA Signature Blend, natural crystals linking to each chakra, and Binaural Beats, an auditory therapy layered with bespoke landscape music, to influence the vibrational energy and create a fully immersive experience for each guest.

In collaboration with more:trees, an echo-tech platform, for every Nature’s Resonance treatment that is booked globally, trees will be planted according to the length of treatment. 1 tree for the 30-minute sound experience, 3 trees for the 60-minute body treatment and 5 trees for the 90-minute face and body experience.

Within the series, three treatment options are available: a 30-minute sound experience, a 60-minute body experience and a 90-minute face and body experience. Each treatment is a sensorial immersion guided by the natural surroundings of the lush property and incorporates three key moments of listening, absorbing, and transforming. Beginning by connecting the body to the earth, the feet are resting in golden sand and then bathing guests in a warming vibration of a crystal singing bowl to balance the heart chakra.

Starting from 495 AED, guests then experience the encompassing sound element through choreographed massage movements using ESPA’s soothing body oil, in sync to the rhythms of Arabia and the sounds of warm desert winds. The movement patterns and vibrations across the face and body will reduce anxiety and lower stress levels, leaving guests in a state of tranquility and peace.
