With a refreshed ambiance and a modernised menu, Chef Colagreco aims to showcase a renewed expression of his culinary prowess. 

Boasting a rejuvenated look, the two-time MICHELIN Guide Dubai-recommended restaurant promises to elevate the dining experience to unparalleled heights. Embracing the DNA of Celebrities with a mission to indulge guests in a whole new experience, the restaurant has undergone an organic transformation, thoughtfully crafted with natural materials and a deeper connection to sustainability.  

At Celebrities, the experience transcends borders, embracing spontaneity, engagement, sensitivity, and precision rooted in Chef Colagreco's heritage. The atmosphere seamlessly complements the "Garden to Table'' menu newly curated to reconnect guests with nature during their experience. Drawing inspiration from the changing seasons, Chef Colagreco brings forth produce in its prime, while the organic waste is returned to the soil for a full-circle effect.  Guests can embark on a culinary journey that places vegetables at the heart of every dish, ensuring that diners savour fresh and flavourful ingredients. As the Autumn season comes to fruition, Chef Colagreco will be highlighting penny buds and truffles, shifting the focus to cabbage and rocket later in the year.  

Diners can savour reimagined classics like Les Girolles (golden chanterelle mushrooms ragout and dried cranberry), Le Veau (milk-fed tenderloin veal, mandarin gastric and baby leek), and Le Poisson du jour (fish of the day with locally grown kale and pistachio beurre monte sauce), while also having vegetarian and vegan dishes to experience including L’Oeuf (egg cooked slowly with vegetables of the moment made with butter and green cardamom emulsion) and Le Grand Ravioli (transparent pasta of wild herbs, scamorza cheese sauce and broccolini).  

In addition to an exceptional dining experience, Chef Colagreco will also reinforce his commitment to minimise the environmental impact of the food and beverage industry. Appointed as the inaugural Chef de Cuisine in the role of UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador for Biodiversity in 2022, he will be prioritising short circuits of production, sourcing and supporting local ingredients, and work towards receiving plastic-free certification. He passionately advocates and acts upon the shared responsibility held by business owners and consumers in relation to their food choices and its ecological impact.   

Leaving an indelible mark on the gastronomic landscape, Celebrities has earned recognition in The MICHELIN Guide Dubai 2022 and 2023 and received a prestigious two-toque rating in Gault&Millau UAE 2023.

For the relaunch of Celebrities, Chef Colagreco has appointed his disciple Donato Russo. Chef Russo has gained incredible knowledge and experience of grande dining cuisine reconciling with eco-responsibility to take this new challenge with Celebrities.
