The expansive Saffron offers 8 live cooking stations that serve different cuisines spanning from all corners of the world and are prepared by a chef specifically for guest desires. With an area of more than 2,000 square metres, the restaurant has 804 seats, one of the largest and most interactive buffet restaurants in Sanya.

Kaleidoscopeis one of a few restaurants that solely offers a full range of authentic Chinese cuisine freshly prepared for guests at live cooking stations such as the Peking duck oven or steaming woks for the sizzling Szechuan street food.
