One&Only Palmilla Appoints Sergio Pereira As General Manager
One&Only Resorts has announced the appointment of Sergio Pereira as General Manager, One&Only Palmilla in Los Cabos, Mexico. In his new role, Sergio will be responsible for the overall operation and strategic development of the iconic resort, lead the award-winning Team and continue to introduce extraordinary guest experiences at the legendary resort.

Sergio joins One&Only Palmilla from Kerzner’s resort in Morocco, Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort, where he has been General Manager since 2019, overseeing a complete re-imagination of the entire resort and introducing a variety of new experiences. He joined Kerzner International in 2017 as Resort Manager for the award-winning resort.
With more than 20 years of global hospitality experience, Sergio’s career spans various leadership and management roles in operations and food and beverage across leading hospitality brands including Park Hyatt and Royal Caribbean throughout the Middle East, South America and the Caribbean.
