As the General Manager for the legendary One&Only Palmilla in Los Cabos, Mexico, Sergio Pereira is responsible for the overall operation and strategic development of the iconic resort, lead the award-winning team and continue to introduce extraordinary guest experiences at the iconic resort.

Sergio joined One&Only Palmilla in August 2021 from Kerzner’s resort in Morocco, Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort, where he has been General Manager since 2019, overseeing a complete re-imagination of the entire resort and introducing a variety of new experiences. He joined Kerzner International in 2017 as Resort Manager for the award-winning resort.

With more than 20 years of global hospitality experience, Sergio’s career spans various leadership and management roles in operations and food and beverage across leading hospitality brands including Park Hyatt and Royal Caribbean throughout the Middle East, South America and the Caribbean.
