Combining more than a decade of expertise and passion for the craft of barbering, Simone Aria Manesh is the Barbershop Manager of Barber&Blade by One&Only™, a dedicated men’s grooming and shave studio at the legendary One&Only Palmilla in Los Cabos, Mexico.

Born and raised in Italy, Simone felt an instant connection and fell in love with the art of barbering at an early age when he walked into an intimate Italian barbershop in Milan. It was there that he discovered the enveloping scent of aftershave in the air, paired with the symphony-like melody created by an orchestra of barbers working alongside one another. In this moment, Simone set his sights on a professional journey as a world-class barber.

From a small barbershop where he met his first Master, to traveling and working in some of the most renowned boutiques and showrooms, including Acqua di Parma, Louis Vuitton and Fendi, Simone’s global experience has allowed him to expand both his knowledge and skill, creating connection and memorable moments with people passing through his barber chairs, while continuing to strive for perfection before ultimately joining One&Only Palmilla in 2021.

“Beyond the art, my passion is to create and share everlasting memories by digging deep within to rediscover the individual joy of wellbeing and an appreciation for appearance,” says Simone Aria Manesh, Barbershop Manager. “And I am a strong believer that these emotions and sensations can be found right here – in a barbershop.”

At Barber&Blade, Simone offers a curated menu of exceptional shaving, grooming, facial and scalp therapies, to provide an unmatchable luxury experience for guests. Male guests are welcomed to unwind and indulge in a series of shaving and barber shop treatments, as well as pampering for the face and body, all complemented by a tequila tasting of rare vintages. This traditional experience combines authenticity with cutting edge advancements in a space that was purposefully designed, featuring an antique barber chair built in St Louis, Missouri in the 1930’s and restored in London where it was fitted with one of the first hydraulic pumps used to lift the entire chair.
